Diabetes is a chronic condition that affects not only health but also everyday life. The increasing use of digital technologies is reshaping identity, self-care practices, and social experiences among people living with diabetes. This study explores the role of digital technologies in everyday diabetes management through qualitative interviews and netnographic observation. Findings show that digital devices extend beyond self-management, influencing autonomy, everyday care practices, and experiences of stigma, with important psychological and social implications. The study highlights the need for an integrated medical, psychological, and sociological approach to diabetes care.
